It all starts with a meeting

We’ll talk first. Find out where you are, where you want to be, and what you think you need some help with and whether you need Coaching or Consulting.


After that initial meeting, I’ll put together a plan. I start by reviewing your business goals, mission, vision and anything else you have that guides the direction of your business. Next, I’ll do some keyword research to create a list of search engine keywords and long tail keywords for your web copy and blog posts.

If you need help with content and promotion, I’ll create a strategy for your online marketing presence. We’ll review any actions and suggestions regarding web copy, blog post topics and schedules, and social media.

If you need help with your current website design, I’ll review your analytics data, source code, page layouts, and make recommendations for improvement. I’ll record a video of my review so that you can follow along with my analysis.

After I deliver the results, we’ll setup a followup to see how you are coming along with implementing my suggestions and to answer any questions that have come up as you work on your plan.


Much like the consulting work, I’ll put together a plan for you, but with coaching, we’ll meet on a regular basis to¬†review your goals and your activities. We’ll keep you on track and focused on your online marketing strategy. You’ll get the assistance and guidance you need and you’ll get your questions answered.

How often should we meet? That depends on where you are at and how much coaching you need. We can schedule meetings either weekly, bi-weekly or monthly; whatever is right for you.
